Refunds, Rescheduling, & Cancellation Policy
Refunds on custom products will not be issued, however I am happy to work with you to ensure you are happy with the end result.
No Call No Show: A refund will not be issued.
Cancellation 7 or more days from appointment: A full refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Cancellation more than 48 hours from appointment: You will be issued a gift credit for the amount paid to be used for a future service or product.
Cancellation less than 48 hours from appointment: You will be issued a gift credit for 50% of the amount paid.
All Services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
